• The offer applies to a new landlord with a minimum of four properties to let.
• The whopping saving of £1296.00 including VAT is based on providing a fully managed service without any service charge for the first twelve months.
• The service charge would normally be 12% plus vat( 14.4% including vat). The saving is calculated by taking an average rent of £750.00pcm multiplying by 12 months and applying a 12% service charge plus vat (14.4% including vat ).
• The service charge after the first year reverts to 12% plus vat (14.4% including vat ), or by separate negotiation.
• Start of tenancy fee’s, marketing fee’s, renewal fee’s and the cost of an inventory and schedule of condition will be charged at the normal rate – please refer to landlords guide on mandmproperties.co.uk.
• The special offer is reliant on a exclusive three year management contract of which if terminated early will attract a cancellation charge that is no greater than the saving made in the first year.
