In the modern rental market displaying rental properties in the best possible way is vital and harnessing much of the technology that exists in today’s society is key to ensuring that a property does not sit empty. As you would expect, M&M have extensive marketing on major property portals including bespoke premium products on www.rightmove.co.uk, www.zoopla.co.uk, www.primelocation.co.uk and advertising here at www.mandmproperties.co.uk and, following our mantra of moving with the times, all of our properties to rent can been seen on social media sites like Instagram. Infact, our “be first” campaign has been enormously successful on Instagram where tenants that follow us can direct message us and get early registration for properties before they hit the major portals.

At M & M we were the first agent in the town to introduce full floorplans for rental homes. It was quite some task for us at the time, ensuring over 800 managed homes had a floorplan and measurements, but we are delighted to say we got there and now many have videos to accompany them too !

We believe that with all the above in action we have the virtual and media world covered for our clients. However, we must not forget the importance and prominence of our office. M&M have the largest detached showroom in Leighton Buzzard, that is fully air conditioned, displaying properties on large LED pocket displays all day, everyday 24/7. On the streets our prominent To Let boards are easily recognisable and ensure your property stands out from the crowd.

A saying often used by us here at M&M is that when we sell your property our work finishes on the day of completion, but when your property is let by our team, and your tenant moves in, the real work begins to ensure a successful tenancy.
