Please provide income details below if you are able and willing. It's important for us to inform all applicants that all properties rented via M&M Properties have a minimum earning ratio of 30 x the property rental level. For example, if you are wishing to rent a property at £1000 per calendar month, the minimum earnings will be £30,000 Per annum. If a guarantor is required the earnings ratio increases to 36 x the rental level, in this example £36,000 per annum and the guarantor must be a UK home owner. (Income of all applicants will be considered if you are submitted a joint and several application).
