As of the 1st February 2018, a tenant will no longer be able to visit our office in Hockliffe Street to make a payment, or make a rent payment over the telephone. A new online payment facility is now available via our website, www.mandmproperties.co.uk. Click on the button ‘make a payment’ and follow the steps as requested.
When using the online facility Please remember it is important that your surname and property reference that you were given when you moved into the property is quoted with any payment made.
The property reference will be the first three characters of the address and then the number in a three digit format
Example address – 4 Booth Place, Property reference BOO004
Payment by standing order or online banking via your own bank has not changed, Our bank details are available on request via our account department.
